Those sugar bowls look great! I suggest, for the thicker ones, use lighter colours for the first, main pour, then drizzle on darker colours of sugar glaze after that first bit has mostly set. I do have a question: How hard would it be to actually snip or otherwise cut off parts of finished glasses/bowls, if you wanted to even them up, to make them look real? I'm thinking, use a serrated knife to gently scar the surface, deep enough to allow it to then snap off, without taking a chunk of the glass or bowl with it. I also have an idea for the giant bowl, and please, don't think I'm being cheeky, because I'm truly not: Condoms. They will expand up to and beyond the size of a bowling ball, and some are made of polyurethane, so heat shouldn't pop them. Another idea/question: Could you make any sized bowl, and some glasses, by using an actual open curve bowl/glass as a mold, rather than a balloon, swiveling the bowl/glass as one pours? Obviously some wine glasses are narrower toward their tops, so they wouldn't work, but for table service that's not like that, one could make almost anything, including plates. You see, you have made my mind race with creative ideas. I have Aspergers, so thank you. Unless you know someone like me, you may have little idea how hard it is to engage my mind. Sugar glass like that was used to make windows out of in movies for a long time, because it looks and breaks like glass, but unlike regular glass, it doesn't form sharp edges, so it's safe for say stuntmen to jump through. The only problem with it is it absorbs moisture from the air and gets soft over time. So in the modern day it's been replaced by synthetic resins (that still look like and break like glass but don't form the sharp edges glass does).

Hey Ann, when I started making these sugar bowls, I experimented without a balloon and I found a dome from the giant Chupa Chup casing and I manage to make a perfect bowl! It took me a long time to experiment with it because it sticks to the dome alot and I finally got one!

Given the number of things we have seen explode in your kitchen, you need to start filming in a studio with a drain in the floor and walls that can be scrubbed with a high-low mop and rinsed with a hose. Or maybe use a box with plastic wrap on it for exploding risks like the one you used for the melted caramel angel hair on the mixing beater. Screw video quality, you need to be able to experiment and show us cool thins without having to spend all that extra time cleaning. I would still support you.
